John A. Cole, Ph.D.
Lucy Reuben, Ph.D.
Dr. John A Cole brings decades of experience in financial analysis, strategic planning and academic administration to his role as Managing Director. His business and consulting experiences include varied work with the Treasury Department in the Province of Alberta (Canada) and numerous venues in the USA and throughout the Caribbean. In addition to his appointment as the founding Dean of a US business school, Cole led the community and economic development land grant division of a comprehensive university.
Dr. Lucy J. Reuben brings decades of experience in business and economic development as well as academic leadership to her role as Managing Director. She has provided expertise as a member of numerous national boards and commissions, including the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond’s Charlotte Office, the National Urban League’s Council of Economic Advisors and many others. Thus, Reuben is called upon to address governance and strategic planning issues facing varied institutions. As an academic leader, Reuben promoted the formation of increased opportunities for student internships and career development, the development of academic programs tied to economic development, the creation of public-private partnerships, the achievement of new national accreditations, and the accompanying increases in student enrolment. Reuben was named by Diverse Issues in Higher Education magazine as one of the 25 leading women in US higher education: her expertise is sought by academic institutions in the US and beyond.

Alfonso O. Ogbuehi, Ph.D.
Leon Prieto, Ph.D.
Dr. Alfonso O. Ogbuehi is a distinguished senior professor with academic administration experience, including deanships at leading regional universities. He is the recipient of a Fulbright U.S. Scholar Award. Ogbuehi’s professional and academic expertise lie in the areas of leadership development, management enhancement and capacity building, higher education leadership, marketing, and global business. Ogbuehi has been featured in the Atlanta Business Chronicle and Georgia Trend Magazine. His commentaries on business education and economic development have been published in the Atlanta Business Chronicle and elsewhere. He has traveled and conducted human capacity building workshops and seminars extensively in Latin America, China, Southeast Asia, Europe, and Africa. Professor Ogbuehi has authored or co-authored more than 95 papers.
Ogbuehi is a regularly featured speaker in the Atlanta business community and beyond. Leadership responsibilities in the community include, but not limited to, the following: The World Affairs Council of Atlanta, the Nigerian American Chamber of Commerce in Atlanta, the United Way of Greater Atlanta, World Trade Center Atlanta. In addition, The Atlanta Business Chronicle named him one of the leading voices of higher education in Metropolitan Atlanta by listing him as a Who’s Who in Atlanta’s Higher Education for 2012.
Dr. Leon C. Prieto is a distinguished professor who focuses on HR/OB, Social Innovation, and other management related topics. His research focuses on management history, management education, critical management studies, leadership, and social entrepreneurship. His research has appeared in scholarly journals including Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Management History, International Journal of Leadership Studies, Society and Business Review, and Human Resource Management International Digest, among others. He regularly presents his research at national conferences (Academy of Management, Academy of Human Resource Development, United States Association of Small Business and Entrepreneurship, and the Labor and Employment Relations Association). He is also the Associate Editor for the Journal of Management History.
Prieto is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and in the past, he worked in the energy sector. He also currently serves as a Management Instructor for the United Nations Systems Staff College where he provides support for the delivery of training and learning activities in areas related to people management, team building, innovation, diversity & inclusion, leading change, etc.
